Galería Daniel Cardani was founded in 1985 by Daniel Cardani. Our main specialty is PAINTING BY SPANISH RENOWN ARTISTS OF THE 19TH AND 20TH CENTURY and we also deal in international art, always in the secondary market.
We have an extensive gallery inventory that we exhibit through temporary exhibitions in our gallery, of which we publish catalogues either in Cd-Rom or in paper.
We also organize one-man-show exhibitions of some of the artists we deal with, such as the one by Hernando Viñes that we made in 2001, a fully illustrated catalogue being published to accompany these exhibitions. We are currently planning retrospective exhibitions of Benjamín Palencia, Francisco Bores and Wifredo Lam.
Daniel Cardani is currently preparing the catalogue raisonné of the painted work of Benjamín Palencia, that will be the definite study of this artist’s paintings.
